Cancellation policy: if any patient fails to attend, or gives short notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment, a €50 cancellation fee will apply before a new appointment can be made (applies to all patients).
Communication policy: We welcome all patients to our practice, however if any patient does not speak English, it is required that they bring along a translator in order to ensure a high standard of care may still be provided.
Professional relationship policy: we reserve the right to cease treatment or refuse treating any patient, if there is a breakdown in the professional relationship for any reason, but especially due to abusive, threatening or rude language and/or behaviour towards any member of staff.
